The owners loved this original artist's bungalow. When remodeling upgrade proved to be too extensive to be practical the owners decided to rebuild the the bungalow and recapture the original period look and feel.

The house is designed to be as easily accessible as possible on this wooded sloping site. With gentle walks, minimal steps and wider doors and corridors, the new house is designed to provide easy living for years to come.
